How to Retrieve Visitor Information?

If you want to integrate our system with your membership system, you can use the "Custom Attributes" feature.

1. First, go to "Settings" > "Custom Attributes" to set up the field attributes you need (such as age, balance, VIP level, etc. — the name attribute does not need to be custom defined).
2. Follow the API documentation below to modify your basic chat connection.
3. Finally, configure the updated chat connection on your business interface.
