By accessing or using Qiabot ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Qiabot provides a customer service live chat platform including embeddable chat widgets, AI chatbot automation, team management tools, and related services. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with payment in USDT cryptocurrency.
3. Account Registration
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account with unauthorized parties. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Payment and Subscriptions
Payment terms for using the Service:
- All payments are made in USDT cryptocurrency on the TRON (TRC-20) network
- Subscriptions are billed annually at the rate specified for your plan
- You may upgrade your plan at any time; upgrades take effect immediately
- Payments are non-refundable except as required by applicable law
- We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations in your jurisdiction
- Send spam, phishing, or other unsolicited communications to end-users
- Distribute malware or engage in activities that harm our infrastructure or other users
- Attempt to access other users' accounts, data, or bypass security measures
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without prior written authorization
- Use the platform to facilitate fraud, scams, or deceptive practices
6. User Content and Compliance
You retain ownership of all content and data you create or transmit using the Service. You are solely responsible for the content of conversations conducted through the platform and for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. Qiabot does not monitor, review, or endorse user content and bears no responsibility for the legality or appropriateness of content transmitted through the Service.
7. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform scheduled maintenance. We are not liable for downtime caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to network outages, natural disasters, or third-party service disruptions.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, code, documentation, and branding, is the intellectual property of Qiabot. You retain ownership of all content and data you create using the Service. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for the duration of your subscription.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in activities that harm the Service or other users. We do not guarantee long-term storage of your data. We may delete certain data as needed for operational, storage, or maintenance purposes.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Qiabot harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights. This includes any claims arising from the content you transmit through the platform.
11. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qiabot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
12. Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify active users.
